The aim of the article was to evaluate effectiveness emotional support in introduction information technology higher educational institutions during martial law. following methods were used: general theoretical; testing, analysis products activity, formative experiment, statistical methods. Motivational, cognitive, activity and reflective components professional competence identified course theoretical analysis. medium indicators dominance students law recorded. motivational component least developed. Experimental impact is effective for development cognitive components, but requires further clarification components. significance changes confirmed by verification data. Prospects research on problem involve expanding number duration use
